Orders

These terms apply to purchases made by consumers in the IMPROPER. online store. A contract is concluded when you place an order and complete payment; we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is out of stock or a price was shown in obvious error.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown separately before you pay. Payment is made online by card or other methods offered by Revolut at checkout. An invoice is sent with your order.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase as described on the Delivery & returns page, subject to the hygiene exception for unsealed perfume.

Product information

IMPROPER. fragrances are original compositions. Where a product page names a well-known fragrance, it only describes the scent family it is inspired by; IMPROPER. is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the owners of those brands, and their trademarks belong to their owners. For cosmetic safety, always read the ingredient list on the packaging and do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient.

Liability for defects and complaints

We are liable for material defects under the Croatian Civil Obligations Act. Send complaints as described on the Contact page; we reply within 15 days. You may also use out-of-court dispute resolution through a Croatian consumer mediation body.

Law

Croatian law applies, without depriving you of the protection given by the mandatory law of your country of residence.
